The first and only Liptov ZOO where approaching animals is not prohibited. On the contrary, the contact with animals is needed. By enabling animal contact the ZOO wants to promote a positive relationship – especially in children – to all the living creatures and show that the animals are friends that deserve love and care. The possibility of such a contact is limited in the tech era and many people forget what it means to be in contact with an animal. One of the goals of the contact ZOO is to change this negative trend.
